We can now offer a food package for your weeks fishing holiday. Our on-site bailiff will cook and serve you a breakfast baguette and freshly cooked evening meal saving you the hastle of cooking and washing up for the week.
Breakfast
Every morning between 9am-10am a fresh breakfast baguette with sausage, bacon and egg is delivered piping hot to your swim by the bailiff.
Evening Meal
Every evening around 5pm a freshly cooked homemade meal is served in either the undrecover lodge on the table and chairs (if it's raining) or you can take the meal to the shelters to eat or even to your bivvy!
This is a typical weekly menu served at Lac Unique.
- Saturday - Mixed BBQ with salad, herbs and new potatoes.
- Sunday - Roast chicken breast with potatoes and fresh veg.
- Monday - Sliced fresh ham, egg and chips.
- Tuesday - Homemade shepherds pie with peas or sweetcorn.
- Wednesday - Thick cut pork chops, potatoes and salad.
- Thursday - 'Bailiffs Special' Spaghetti Bolognaise.
- Friday - Mild Chinese chicken curry with white rice.
The menu can be changed to cover any dislikes and vegetarian meals are also available on request. Any nut allergy must be know upon arrival to the bailiff.
If you only require breakfasts or evening meals on certain days for example breakfast the first morning, a BBQ social on wednesday and a curry the last night to save your washing up then you can do this. You can do any combination... it's up to you.
